Remo Dsouza and his team seem to be in legal trouble after a case of fraud was registered against them in Mumbai’s Local police station. As per various media reports, A fraud case of 11.96 crores has been filed by a Dance Company and the company accused RemoDSouza, his wife and 5 others of dumping 11.96 crores between 2018 to 2024.
The case has been registered in the Thane District Police station on a total of 7 personnel including the couple. As per reports published in the PTI, the case has been registered under sections 465 (forgery), and 420 (cheating). More details of the case is yet to be computed but as per our sources, the case is related to some reality TV show and prize money.
The case was registered against them on October 16th, 2024 and since then there is no byte from Dsouza sie on this matter. Remo is known for judging various Dance shows and he has directed many films too. He is now preparing for his new film titled ‘ Be Happy’ which stars Abhishek Bachan and Noora Fatehi in the main lead roles. The film will be released directly on Amazon Prime Video and it is going to portray the relationship between a single father and daughter.
Remo got name and fame after his blockbuster film ABCD and after that, he made ABCD 2 which was a box office failure. His biggest failure was RACE 3 starring Salman Khan which faced lots of criticism from critics as well as the audiences. All we hope is that we get out of this mess soon and give us some great films at the box office.
