Meiyazhagan starring Karthi got lots of love from critics and audiences when it was released on the big screens last month. The film did decent numbers at the box office and is all set for the OTT release. The date and platform are locked for the film and the crazy part is that the film is going to be released in other dubbed versions too.
For all those who don’t know, The film Meiyazhagan was released on 27th September 2024 and stars Karthi, Sri Divya and Arvind Swamy in the main lead roles. The film was produced by Jyothika and Suriya-backed 2d Entertainment and was directed by C Prem Kumar. The film was having 30 days OTT Window and the film is now all set for the release on OTT.
The film is going to be released on Netflix on 27th October 2024. The film will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and in Hindi dubbed version too along with the English subtitles. The film received positive feedback from critics when it was released on the box office and now looking at the buzz of the film, it is almost sure that the film will be loved globally after its OTT release.
From a work point of view, Karthi is working on his next films ‘Vaa Vaathiyaare’ and ‘Sardar 2’ which are all set for release in 2025 and on the other hand Suriya’s next film Kanguva is going to release Next Month.
