Samantha is busy promoting her recently released show ‘Citadel Honey Bunny’ and during the Rapid Fire with her co-actor Varun Dhawan, she said something that is now going viral over social media. Some are supporting her while she is also facing backlash from social media users.
During the rapid-fire round when Varun Dhawan asked her “about her most ridiculous expense on something useless” She replied, ” The money I spent on my ex’s expensive gifts.” This reply comes as a shocker for both Naga and Samantha Fans as she usually doesn’t talk about her private life during promotional events or shows and this Jab at her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya was really rare and surprising.
For all those who don’t know, Samantha was married to Naga in 2017 and later in 2021, they announced separation. Naga has recently announced that he is going to marry Shobhita in December while Samantha is still single and she never spoke about her personal life publically.
The show was released on Amazon Prime Video on 6th November 2024 and received a decent response among the audiences. The chemistry between Varun and Samantha was loved by most critics and the action sequences in the show were Top Class.
