Actor Suriya has been giving back-to-back interviews with media and news portals in the last few days. He is promoting his film Kanguva which is all set for release next month. The film stars Suriya, Boby Deol and Patni in the main lead roles and going to have Grand PAN India release next month on 14th November 2024.

In an interview, Suriya speaks up about his early days when he worked for Rs 750. His journey is purely inspiration and it shows his dedication and hard work. Here are the highlights of the interview.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Suriya said that he started working for 750 Rs only. He was being paid 750 Rs for 15 Days work in Garment factory and around 1200 per month. He further added that he worked there for 4 Years and made around 8000 in the first 4 Years. Suriya also revealed that his mother has taken a loan of 25,000 and it comes as a shocker for him because he never thought that his family was having financial issues. He further added that he started acting just to repay his mother’s loan but destiny had something else written for him.

Suriya’s father was an actor too and it is strange how his family were facing issues during that time. Suriya is now one of the highest-paid actors of Indian cinema and his Journey from 75 Rs INR to 50 Crores INR is truly inspiring. Suriya has a mass fan following in north belts too and that’s why he is doing promotions in Hindi belts at a grand scale. The makers have high hopes for the film and now let’s see how the film performs on the box office.
