Kaithi is one of the historic films of Indian cinema and if I am not wrong, this is the first film that originated the concept of the universe since then many directors have created and launched the universe into their films. The Universe formula is working well for the films and recently we get to see what Stree 2 did at the box office.
Kaithi was Part of LCU and then we got to see the blockbuster Vikram which turns out to be the biggest blockbuster of this universe. After Vikram, we get to see LEO which was also the part of same universe and now Lokesh is coming back with another film which is again an official entry into LCU.
The film is titled ‘Benz’ which was announced a few months back. The film stars Raghava Lawrence and Priyanka Mohan in the main lead roles. The crazy part is that Lokesh has only written the story of the film and Bakkiyaraj Kannan is directing the film. Benz is all set for 2025 release and now as per sources, the Villain of the film is also finalized.
R Madhavan who was last seen in Shaitan as a Villain has now Joined the cast of the film and reportedly he will start shooting Benz in Jan 2025. LCU has some great actors like Kamal Hasan, Karthi and Vijay. With Madhavan Join the LCU, the hope is now at the next level. Hope we get to see some great cinema in ‘Benz’.
