If we talk about one bad behaviour of film director Sukumar, it is the speed of his filmmaking. Sukumar has always been known for delays and like every time, this time also it seems that he is doing the same thing. Today in the press meeting the release date of Pushpa is announced and the makers are now releasing the movie a day earlier i.e. on 5th December 2024. but according to some media reports the shooting of the film is still going on and a few scenes of the film are being shot. There is still shooting to be done and one item song is still to be shot.
As per reports published in Koimoi, an item song in the film is yet to be shot by the makers are director is panning to shoot it in the month of November 2024. Shraddha Kapoor is in talks about doing the item number in the film hover there is no official update on this. Some small sequences of the film are still in the filming stage and if Sukumar continues to delay like this and this will impact the VFX and final output of the film.
The same thing happened with Pushpa Part 1. Sukumar was shooting for the film till the last moments of its release and that’s the reason why the VFX in the climax was not up to the mark and it was criticised by cinephiles. Allu Arjun is giving 100% to this film and I don’t think that he will repeat the same mistake in this film too.
In all between these, part 3 of the film was also confirmed by the makers in today’s press event and the hype of the film is at the next level now. The film has crossed 1000 Crores in pre-release business and the film needs at least 1300 Crores worldwide to get a HIT tag.
