After taking a slow start at the box office, Vikrant Massey’s starter ‘The Sabarmati Report’ is now getting back on track. The film did pretty well on Monday and the hold was pretty amazing. The film collected around 1.10 Crores on Monday which was in range on its Day 1 collection which is great.
Word of mouth is working for the film and now the film is slowly getting noticed at the box office. The Sunday was amazing for the film and the film collected around 3 Crores. The film needs to hold the same momentum throughout the week to get a decent end at the box office.
There are no big releases in the coming 1-2 weeks and thus this is going to be a big plus for the film. Now all eyes will be on the upcoming week. The film has passed the Monday test and by looking at the advance booking trends, it looks decent on Tuesday too. The film is going to make around 1 Crores on Day 5 as per the early advance tracking data.
The total collection of the film will be around 8.50 Crores in 5 Days. Considering the mixed reviews and the star cast of the film, the numbers are decent.
